Delete an account

Parents can delete their own account and every kid account they created, or one kid account at a time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Delete everything: open KindCircl, sign in as the parent, tap Settings, then Delete my account, and confirm.
2. Delete one kid: on My kids, open the kid's card, tap Delete account, and confirm.

By email

Email kindcircl@yahoo.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your parent account, your kids' accounts, their friends, Squads they own, CirBux, cards, avatar, messages they sent, game scores and your consent record. Safety reports and the admin audit log are kept for a limited time as described in our Data Retention Policy, then deleted. A 50 cent card check is processed by Stripe; Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.
