KindCircl is a place to find your people. These rules keep it fun and safe for everyone.

Be kind 🤝

• Talk to others the way you want to be talked to.
• No mean names, teasing, threats, or leaving people out on purpose.
• If you wouldn't say it in front of a teacher or your parent, don't say it on KindCircl.

Keep your info private 🔒

• Don't share your real name, address, school, phone number, email, or other apps.
• Don't ask other kids for their info.
• KindCircl tries to stop messages that look like private info, and your parent gets a heads-up when that happens. That's to protect you!

Be yourself, for real 🦊

• Don't pretend to be someone else.
• Use your username, not your real name.

Play fair 🎮

• No cheating, spamming, or trying to trick KindCircl.
• CirBux are pretend coins. They're for fun, not real money.

If something feels wrong, tell someone 🚩

• Tap ⋯ next to someone's name to Report or Block them.
• Talk to your parent or a grown-up you trust.
• Telling someone is always the right thing to do. Reporting won't get you in trouble.

If you're feeling really down 💙

If you write that you're feeling really sad or want to hurt yourself, KindCircl won't post it. You'll see a caring message instead, and your parent will get a gentle note so they can check in. You can always call or text 988 to talk to someone kind, any time.

What happens if rules are broken 🌙

• 1st mean message today: a Kindness check. The message isn't sent. Try saying it another way.
• 2nd: a 5-minute Mindful Break.
• 3rd: a 10-minute break, and your parent gets a heads-up.
• Threats, or telling someone to hurt themselves: a break, your parent is told right away, and our safety team takes a look.
• Breaking rules again and again can get your account paused. If that happens you'll see "Your account is paused. Ask your parent."
